A lovely day at the race track, sun was shining times were good. Then it started to rain just before the second heat we quickly changed the wheels and of I went. All was fine until they pulled everyone into scrutanering, my weight was good but the rear wheels were about half an inch inside the pods so I got DQ. It came to the final and I was placed 2nd last I had a lot of work to do. I made up a few spaces, then with four laps to go the person behind punted me about 20m off the track, the kart slammed down onto the grass and wouldn't start. We first thought it was the battery then discovered later the piston arm had gone through the engine which meant it wouldn't work again!!.....
